1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Splatra. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Splatra website, services, and our downloadable desktop utility application, Tomatix ("Software").
By downloading, installing, or purchasing the premium "Tomatix Pro" extension for Tomatix, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease usage of the Software and services.
2. Software License
Splatra grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to install and run the Tomatix Software on personal Windows computers under your control, solely for personal entertainment and customization purposes.
All source code, design elements, animations, assets, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of Splatra. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to distribute unauthorized copies of the Software.
3. Payments & reseller
All sales and transactions for the premium license of Tomatix ("Tomatix Pro") are securely managed and conducted by Paddle.com. Paddle acts as our merchant of record and authorized online reseller for all transactions.
By initiating checkout, you agree to comply with Paddle’s checkout terms and conditions. Paddle processes payments, handles sales taxes, and oversees transaction-related inquiries.
4. Refund Policy
Because Tomatix is a downloadable digital utility, all sales are final once the license is issued. However, we stand behind the quality of our Software. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you experience technical compatibility issues or if the overlay does not perform as advertised.

5. Limitation of Liability
Tomatix operates purely as a visual, transparent window overlay to render graphic animations. It does not inspect, interact with, or alter any system directories, user data, or background applications.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPLATRA BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL SYSTEM OR HARDWARE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and any transactional issues arising between you and Splatra shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bosnia & Herzegovina, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes or claims shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Bosnia & Herzegovina.
