Splatra offers Tomatix Pro as a premium digital software license. All purchases are processed securely through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction.

Because Tomatix Pro is a downloadable digital product, traditional physical‑goods return procedures do not apply. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a clear, fair refund process.

2. Eligibility

We offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee from the date of purchase. You may request a full refund if:

  • The software does not function as described on our website.
  • You experience a verified technical compatibility issue that prevents the application from running on your system.
  • The premium features included in Tomatix Pro do not perform as advertised.

3. How to request a refund

To initiate a refund, please email our support team at contact@splatra.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the following information:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • Your Paddle transaction or order ID (found in your purchase receipt).
  • A brief description of the issue you encountered.

Alternatively, you may contact Paddle Customer Support directly through the link provided in your purchase receipt email.

4. Processing & timeline

Once your refund request is received and verified, we will process it through Paddle. Please allow the following timeframes:

  • Acknowledgement: Within 24–48 hours of receiving your request.
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

Upon successful refund, your Tomatix Pro license will be deactivated.

5. Exclusions

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions, including redistribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized modification of the Software.
  • Issues unrelated to the functionality of the product (e.g., change of mind, accidental purchase without attempting to use the software).
